Code 31 on USB in Device Manager

Hi Folks (and sorry for mis-sending that previous one
before I was done...)

Have a HUGE problem on a PC in our Graphic's Department
that is extremely important (and need to print to a USB
connected Xerox Color Laser and burn catalog CD's...).

Running a Compaq Evo with Windows 2000 Pro COMPLETELY up
to date with all patches and SP's...

In Device Manager under Universal Serial Bus

have you tried deleting the USB bus and allowing Windows to redetect it?

Yes, multiple times, in and out of Safe mode per Compaq...
I am in dumb mode today and sent the previous posting
before it was done. I have since done that again AND
actually sent the complete one too, whih more info.
