closing all open IE windows at once

How do you close all IE open windows at once, i.e., how do you exit the
program as opposed to just closing windows one by one?

(I'm working with applets.. IE simply does not reload applets.. the
only way to reaload applets is to open them in a new window.. so after a
while I have lots of IE windows open, and have to close them one by one,
this is a bit retarded...)

I'm on 2000, so cannot close a group of open windows at once like you
can in XP.. there should be a way to exit the program in such a way
that it closes all open windows, just when you exit Word it closes all
open Word docs.. (IE developers..... HELLO....???)
