Clock Display in Terminal Sessions

Hi

I have just configured three new terminal servers with
windows 2000 SP3. They are running fine however if I log
on through a terminal session using citrix metaframe xp
with as admin the clock is displayed, but if I log on as a
user there is no clock displayed. If anyone could help in
any way it would be greatly appreciated.
