Terminal Services Session

We have multiple users who use Windows 2000 and XP
desktops to connect to a Windows 2000 Terminal Server via
VPN. Is there a way to limit each user to only one
session? If the user logs on again they still use the
same session.

Q. How can I limit Terminal Services so a user can only connect
one time?

A. For Windows 2000, there is a third-party application available
that does this - see thethin.net/r25b.zip.

For Windows Server 2003, set "Restrict each user to one session"
to "Yes" in Terminal Services Configuration. Alternatively, set
the "Restrict Terminal Services users to a single remote session"
group policy to "Enabled".
