Terminal client sessions will not logoff.

Windows 2000 Terminal Server-remote clients logon on
through T1. Problem is for some reason the sessions will
not logoff, even when they tell me they are not logged on,
the session is listed on the terminal manager. Users will
log on again and then you have 2 logons, even though they
are only logged on once. Users are using the Remote
Desktop Connection client on Windows 2000 Pro Workstations.


Any ideas?

How are these users logging out? Have you tries enabling
keep alives?
