clipart into a jpeg

Is it possible to turn an image made in Word of multiple clipart images into
a jpeg or bitmap or a picture? I have a created a logo using multiple clipart
images and want to save the logo as a single image, able to cut, paste,
export, etc.

Convert the Word document into a web page, Word will turn the image into a .jpg and
place it into an image folder.
