The toughest question ever - how to convert animated slides to sti

M

This is a puzzle yet to be solved by anyone in the entire computing world.

I have an animated PowerPoint presentation.

I need to create jpeg images of every frame in the presentation to show the
animated build up across multiple jpeg images.

For example I have 1 PPT slide with 5 stages of animated build up - I need
to create 5 jpeg images.

Does anyone have a solution for how to create the jpeg images other than
taking screen shots of every single page?

Hope you can help, for centuries this problem has gone unanswered.....

Don't know of a particular way from within any version of PowerPoint (and
you didn't specify the version) but using a screen capture program that
captures and saves the images automatically is very painless as I do it all
the time to create manuals. I use a free program called Screen Hunter from
http://www.wisdom-soft.com/ and set it to capture the full screen (as I am
showing the PPT presentation) and capture to a auto-number-incrementing file
and setting the capture key to the Print Screen (PrtScrn) key. Click the
mouse to advance to the next portion of the animation and then tap the
PrtScrn key and my new image is captured.

Once the screen capture program is installed and configured, the actual
capture will only take about 10 seconds to do all 5 animations.

They also have a pretty good free screen recorder program on the site that I
use to create movies of the PPT presentations.
