I am trying to create a handout which directs new hires through my company's
online health benefits process. The online system to sign up for health care
and to choose a plan is very large and complicated. I want to take a
"picture" of each significant home page and convert it into clipart. The
handouts will have an image of the website and a brief description of the
information it contains.

You can do a PrtScn of the web page(s) you want and then paste that into
PowerPoint. or you can use TechSmith's SnagIt program which gives you a
little more control of what your capturing
