How do I insert ClipArt as a watermark onto my slides

I would like to insert a ClipArt picture as a watermark onto an existing
presentation design. When I followed the microsoft directions all I ended up
with was my washed out clipart as the background. I want to use an existing
teplate design and imlepent my clipArt as a watermark, and keep the
colors/design of the template.

Go to view > master > slide master

Insert the clip art, select it if it isn't already selected and with the
picture toolbar choose the second icon (color) and > washout

when I washout the picture it doesn't blend with the design of the template,
all I get is my washedout image contrasting with the template. Is there a way
to keep my image, but put it into a slide with different colors, and have the
image in the template colors?

Hi Kaitlin

Instead of choosing the "color" button try the one that looks like a pot of
paint being poured over a mountain!! (recolor picture). Doesnt work with all
picture formats.
