Each time I try to print to any shared printer (don't have
direct printer connected to my pc), from my Windows 2000 Pro,
its just restart. I just can't print. Have no idea whats wrong.
All settings and drivers seems OK. It's cool to have another
button called "Print" to Restart Windows, But I need to print.

It looks like you have an issue with your local spooler. Try the following
steps until your issue is resolved
1. Install Service Pack 4
2. Run SFC / SCANNOW at a command prompt
3. Update printer drivers from vendor website
4. Remove third-party port monitors as per Q260142
4. Contact Microsoft Support for an recent local spooler hotfix
