Hello,

Can I change the IP address of the server after configuring the AD - WINS -
DNS - DHCP ... ?

Of course you can, run dcpromo. Or you can even modify the static ip_address
in through the registry with regedt32, but that won't magicly alter the
database entries in WINS, DNS and DHCP.

You can also reinstall tcp/ip (not for the faint of heart)

but this will still require databases to be recreated and shares to be
remapped.
