Changing Folder Attributes

I'm having trouble with a Norton program, and it suggests
that I check and see if my Temp folder files are
encrypted. But I can't get into the "Advanced" section
to find out if they're encrypted or not. I can't find an
Advanced option in the Sharing section or in Properties.
Any advice?
 
If your hard disk is not NTFS formatted, you won't have the Advanced
properties options. What Norton program are you having trouble with, and
what's the exact error message.

Additionally, if you're running XP Home, it does not support the Encrypted
File System.
