Change Wins owner crashed !

How to change the Wins owner of an entry (static &
dynamic) if the wins server is crashed ?
Thank's a lot
 
In the WINS manager you can delete them and take
ownership (they will get re-registered if valid) -- you
might be able to just take ownership on some versions.
