mmm, I don't think you can, unless you reinstall the domain controller.

If you installed Exchange server, then you can't do it for sure.
 
they're ALL wrong! Run DCPromo.exe from start>run and
remove active directory. Run the active directory
installation wizard and give your domain its new name.
then re-install all of your Active directory items.
 
Unless you have Exchange installed, then rendom.exe won't work.
