Change Power Scheme for all users

We have a couple of Windows 2000 Pro machines that we
have locked down with Group Policies not allowing users
to get into Control Panel and so on. I need to change
the power scheme for all profiles so that everything is
set to always on.
The only way I have figure out to do this would be to
disable policies, add users to at least power users group
on pc, login as each user and make change.

Anybody know of a quicker way? Group Policy?

Thanks for your help!

Did you ever find a way to do this?

I am looking to do the same thing but want to avoid having the users
involved.
