Power Scheme properties for all profiles

I have an XP SP1 PC used by multiple domain users. The
system keeps going into hibernation when various users log
on. Is there a way I can set a default power scheme for
all NEW user profiles when they log on so I don't have to
chamge it for everyone? Where does the default scheme
come from?

These users also don't have proviledges to change the
power options, so I have to temporarily have to make them
local admins to change power scheme. Big pain..

Help would be much appreciated.

Try this, log on as local Administrator created by Windows XP when you first
installed it, check the Power Options and the necessary options you desire
to disable hibernation, and check to see if it gets disable with other users
on that computer.
