Change Logon Screen to Classic style

I have an XP Professional with the "Friendly" style of logon where you get a
list of users on the screen to pick from.

I need to use the "Classic" style of logon screen that allows you to pick
the user and the domain that you want to logon to. I also need to set it up
so the logon choice will show the Domain of my office and the local
computer.

The way it is set up now, it will also not allow me to lock my computer with
CTRL-Alt-Del. It brings up the Task Manager instead of the Windows Security
screen that allows "Log off", "Lock", "Task Manager", "Change Password",
etc. How do I change that?
