cd rom not showing up?

hi ok well i have a CD-Rom drive and a CD-Burner... neither in which work i put cds in the drives and nothing reads... if i goto my computer theres one drive that is there but when i click it nothin happends. i cant even reinstall windows because the cd drives wont read anything

Select C and scroll to Cdrom
