cd-rom actions menu

Can anyone tell me how to get the window that ask`s you
what you want to do when you put a cd or dvd into the
drive. I stupidly selected take no action then ticked the
always take this action box.
 
Hi,

Check the properties of the drive from Windows Explorer, go to the autoplay
tab to change your settings.

I have tryed the properties and that didnt work.I have

olso tryed resseting the value in the regestry to zero &
back to one bot still no luck
