CD/DVD Drive Does not Refresh

After removing a DVD or CD from the drive,and inserting a different cd or dvd
in the drive, explorer still shows the title of the old cd/dvd. To refresh
the drive I need to reboot. Is there any way I can get windows to refresh as
soon as the new disk is inseted?

I have the same problem but your solution doesn't have any effect on my
system. I first noticed the problem when installing features for MS Office.
You put in disk 1 and it asks for disk 2 but when you change disks it still
seems to think it has disk 1 in the drive. If I move disk 1 to my second
CD/DVD drive it seems to free up the first drive.
Also I am not sure if you are expecting view to be on the context menu
because you specified Right click on the drive.
