What is everyone's opinion of thos product for cleaning the registry?
Cnet.com gives it a thumbs up as well as PC Magazine.

A registry does not need 'cleaning' and attempting to do so can land you
in trouble now and in the future.

Hello,

Okay, thank you for the info. Now, I've already used CCLEANER about 4 times
to clean out my registry. All the clean ups have back ups. Should I go back
to my original back up of my registry & restore it? Or should I just leave
well enough alone as I am experiencing no problems with my computer?

Thanks,

Leave well enough alone. CCleaner does minimal "cleaning". Try a few
others in analyze-only mode and look at what they find that you
should "clean".

Stay away from all such "cleaners" or "optimizers".

No, you should not restore the backups. That would leave your registry
with an unpredictable mixture of old and new values. You should continue
to use CCleaner, if you wish; just don't use its registry cleaner.
