can't view fax pages

I am using the Windows FAX. I received a FAX with 5 pages, and when I try to
view it, Photoshop opens and only shows the cover page with no option to see
the rest.
I have tried unsuccessfully to find where the FAX is stored by typing part
of the name of the tiff file in SEARCH, and it doesn't turn up. I can't find
where these files are stored and I can't find Windows Picture and Fax viewer
to try that approach.

I have clicked on help and all it says to do is click on the file. I have
gotten nowhere in an hour of trying.
