What application are you viewing them in (look at the Title Bar of the
window)?

This is not meant to be insulting, but you do know that the
next/previous page controls are the two arrows right in the middle of
the string of icons (on either side of the page number) and NOT the two
arrows in the blue circles at the left side?

Not insulting, funny. All it does is refresh the cover page.

Usually I use the Picture and Fax viewer that installs with Office 2007,
but I decided not to use that anymore and go with Open Office.

It's not clear from your comment if the OO app works for you. If so,
great, you're set.

If not, I don't know any fix for your situation. Windows P&F Viewer can
fail to read multi-page tiff files that are compressed in non-standard
ways, but that *shouldn't* be the case for the tif files created by
Windows XP Fax Services.

If necessary, try another app, such as Irfan View (free) www.irfanview.com
