Can't sign in

I posted this problem on this site over a month ago but have received no answer.I can't sign into any secure sites and I get an error message everytime I try to to sign into windows messenger. Can you please help me

Could you post the error messages? Is it the same error
no matter the site? When you say secure sites, are they
public and SSL sites? Are these internal in a corporate
environment? Is the error message only with messenger, or
with IE also?

Some information would be nice other then I can't sign in. What message,
exactly, do you get when you try to log onto both secure sites and
messenger.

I can take a stab in the dark and say that perhaps your browser isn't
secure enough, 128 bit, to log onto secure sites but with no information
that's just a guess.
