Clearing sign in list in box

When sigining into.. say messenger an XP sign in box pops up, and if you have
signed in prior from that computer your email/sign in name will already be
there.. I am trying to clear that list and have tried clearing the catche,
auto compltet, cookies, all with no luck PLEASE HELP .
 
Start, Run and enter CONTROL USERPASSWORDS2. Go to the Advanced tab and click Manage Passwords.
