CAN'T SEND OR RECEIVE EMAIL

Hi, again!

This is to detail what happens when I try to send email.
Immediately after clicking send I get the "Dial-up Connection Box" asking me
to select between Broadband Connection and Broadband Connection 2.

I have tried both and always get the message "unable to establish
connection".
The email then stays in Outbox. I can't receive email either.
I have this same account in Comcast and seems to be working fine, however I
like working through Windows Mail much better.

Thanks for your help!

So actually this is not a Windows Mail problem but an operating
system/internet connection problem.
Does this dialog box appear when you use Internet Explorer?
