can't send or receive mail

I just switched from a dial up to satellite and when i try to send/receive
email tries to connect with a dial up connection. I have removed the dial up
connection but have not been able to make this change from the dial up to my
new connection. I have vista home.

In WinMail go to Tools | Accounts and do the following for each mail and
news account:

Double click the account.
Go to the Connection tab.
Uncheck "Always connect to this account using:".

Do not reply with email

wm locks up and i can't get to connection

If going to the Connection tab locks up WM, it means your mail
account is corrupted. Delete the account, restart WM, then recreate
that account.

Account corruption is usually caused by running a non-compatible antivirus.
