Wrong server name, wrong settings.
If you have Yahoo's Mail Plus service:

then use the special settings for that service:
http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/original/mailplus/pop/pop-14.html

Well, we can't look over your shoulder or read your mind.
Do you get an error message? If so, right-click on your error message,
copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.

On the Advanced tab of your account properties place a check mark in the
boxes by "This server requires a secure connection (SSL).

Also, change your server name to correct the typo: STMP should be SMTP.
