can't send email POP3 error message

server name correctly.
Subject '', Account: 'POP3', Server: 'SMTP', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25,
Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D

getting this error message when trying to sned an email please help

Who is your mail server? Those settings aren't even close. SMTP is not a
host or a server.
