can't see contacts

running exchange server 5.5 on nt 4. Clients are using outlook 2000. One
of the users cannot see his contact list when he tries to send an e-mail.
He will click new, to, and scroll down to his contacts and when he clicks on
it, nothing. He has over 100 contacts in his contact folder though. I have
30+ users in the office and he's the only one having this problem. His
setup looks to be good. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

right click on his folder (contact icon) then properties.
click on outlook address book then mark it, you can change the name of your
contact if you want.

now click to new and scroll down to your new address.
