Outlook Contacts randomly changing

I have this situation...

I have a user running Outlook 2003 with SP2 on a Exchange 2003 SP2
server. The user has reported on many occassions that when he selects a
contact from his contact list the e-mail is really sent to someone
completely different.

i did some hunting in his contact list and indeed, the e-mail address
has changed on many of his contacts. I also check out one of his local
groups and when I click on one of the name in the list, the contact
that opens is complly different. i.e. group contains contact names Ann
Smith, when I double click on it it opens a contact by name of Joe Doe.

Anyone wee anything like this

Thanks

No, I have not "ween" anything like this but have you check the mouse
drivers lately?

(Thanks for the inadvertant laugh!)

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, (e-mail address removed) asked:
