can't route fax

MR

On a Windows 2003 Enterprise Server, I am no longer able to route faxes or
send notification messages.
The server also has Exchange 2003 and IIS on it.

Yesterday I upgraded to McAfee's VirusScan 8 enterprise and to GroupShield
6 (on this server).

I saw an article that said I have to disable the "Prevent mass mailing
worms from sending mail" in the Access Protection Settings. I did that, but
am still unable to route the incoming faxes or send confirmations .
I am attaching the two event log errors that I receive.
thanks for any help

I am having the same problem, but mine is not due to
McAfee. I am running MS Win2k3 Server with SBS and
Exchange 2003. I have tried just about everything. Let me
specify also that everything worked fine (it seems
anyway) until I installed SP1.

Does anyone have any ideas at all?
