w2k3 standart server fax routing

After installing the Fax service)Fax Service Manager 5.2.3790), it will not
route through e-mail. In the Event I found three errors Source Microsoft Fax
ID: 32003, 3289 and 32078. Support Centre - We're sorry?. In the registry I
found diferences, Resource Kit Registry Reference for Windows Server 2003
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Fax\Routing Extensions\ExtensionName -
%SystemRoot%\system32\faxroute.dll. In my server
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Fax\Routing Extensions\Microsoft Routing
Extensions\ImageName - %systemroot%\system32\fxsroute.dll

Please explane

Send us the event log text as well, specifically the error codes mentioned
in the event log entries. 32083 is the event ID you get on route to email
failure. 32003 indicates failure of Print routing method. How do you say
that Route through email is not working?

I didn't understand the subsequent part in your post. What do you mean by
'Support Centre - We're sorry?.'
I don't think your registry entries have any issue.
