Can't recieve mail from Bellsouth

Sorry to disappoint, but that error message is for outgoing messages. Port
25 is sending, port 110 is for receiving.

Where did that server IP address come from? You should use the correct
server name.

As Dave indicated, the outgoing mail server is wrong.
Instead of '216.132.220.162' use mail.bellsouth.net (same as the
incoming server).
