can't receive any mail for a week now

I have deleted almost all my mails but the following message appears everytime:

A message was sent to you that was returned to the sender(bounced)
because it would have caused your mailbox quota to be exceeded.

The following is the reason that the message was over quota:

Quota Type: total bytes stored
Quota Available: 0
Total Quota: 30965760

It may be referring to your messages kept on the server instead of
downloaded to your machine. If so, log in by webmail and delete
them there as well.

can you tell me, how i can login to the server?
I really don't know that.
