Bounce Notification (SPAM)

I keep getting messages sent to me stating that a message was sent to you
that was returned to the sender (bounced) because it would have caused your
mailbox quota to be exceeded. To correct this problem delete emails.

I then started get other messages stating the same thing except my mailbox
is over quota.

The problem is that I don't have any emails in any of my folders. I've
deleted them all.

How do I fix this???

The problem is not with emails on your computer.
The problem is with emails sitting in the server's mailbox.
Use your browser to login to your webmail account, then
delete the messages on the server.
To keep this problem from recurring in the future, in Windows Mail
go to Tools, Accounts, select the account, Properties, Advanced.
You may want to uncheck "Leave a copy of messages on the server"
or else use one of the two 'remove' options there.
