Admin: bounced mail notification



I receive a message that some e-mail was "bounced" and returned to sender
indicating that my INBOX is over "quota". But my inbox has no items in it.
Can someone help ?

You are confusing your Inbox on the server with your Inbox in Windows Live Mail.
Those two are not the same thing. Use your provider's webmail portal to login
to your account on the server, and delete excess messages from there.
