Can't Open Help and Support

I cannot open Help and Support. From other web sites I have learned that it
is probably related to registry changes made by one or more Registry
Cleaners. I have downloaded a fix from Doug Know, but it doesn't result in a
file that will execute, only a list of the registry changes to be made. How
can I get the download to execute, of is there another method to restore the
Help and Support option.

Try this from kelly korner, unzip the file and then run it to fix the Help
and Support:

file and double click on it.
