Can't open embeded worksheets in Excel 2007

I just ugraded to full version of Excel 2007 from 2007 Beta (uninstalled beta
before installing new version) and I can not open embeded worksheets any
more.
I receive an error saying "Cannot start the source application for this
object".

Is there anything that I can do to fix this. I have a large number of
embeded files.

In the open dialogue box, once you highlight the file you want to open, you
will see an open button at the bottom right. You will notice that there is a
drop down menu arrow on the right of the open button. Click the drop down
list and select open and repair. Next it will ask you if you want to just
extract data or repair. I would imagine that in your scenario you want to
repair.

How would I do that. There is no such option anywhere. The main file opens
fine it's the embeded one's that I can't open.
They open fine in older versions of office and the were opening in Office
2007 Beta.

I found it. Guess there's always something new to learn :). Unfortunately, it
didn't hellp. I still can't open the embedded sheets.
