Can't load program

I installed XP Professional over 2000. My programs do
not show up under "program files" on the XP menu, but
they do show on my "c:" drive in Windows explorer.
Here's the problem.... went to run Quickbooks and was
told a driver was missing. Searched for driver and it is
on the c: drive. Probably not where XP is looking..
Where should it be???

You might want to consider reinstall the program.
