Can't install service pack 4?

Hi

When I try to install service pack 4 for my windows 2000
advanced server, it runs ok until at last step pop out
error message
" setup failed to remove ism.dll script mappings, service
pack setup will abort

Would anyone give me some advice

Try stopping the IIS Admin, FTP Publishing and World Wide Web Publishing services and then install SP4 again.
