Can't hear sound in Caller Tunes (T-Mobile Site)

I hear all other sounds on all other programs. I downloaded IE7 and now at
T-Mobile site, I can hear my ringtones but not my caller tunes. T-Mobile says
they are able to hear on their machines so it must be mine. What happened?
Is it my Media Player because I also went to ver. 11? I used to be able to
hear them before these upgrades. Help please...

Please go to: Microsoft.public.windowsmedia. In the search bar type in
'caller tunes' and hit GO and it will show you the solutions. Or go to
Discussion Groups Home, very first choice, again type in 'caller tunes' in
the search bar and hit GO and it will show you three posts. Two of them have
answers for you!
