No sound in windows Media Player

Help!!!! Please!!!! I have reltek & windows media player 9
installed on my computer and I can hear sound when I go to
the speaker test but I am trying to hear sound from a
telstra nokia site which supports windows media player -
the player seems to be working but I cannot hear any
sound. I have gone to the sound device section and all
that appears is the reltek option. Please - what do I do???

I have a similar problem. cannot hear anything. deleted and re-downloaded to no avail.Am a novice and do not know how to correct either.
