Can't get access to command prompt

Got the Blaster virus, now my windows XP password won't
let me in. Is there anyway I can bypass the password and
get to a command window so I can clean my harddrive...

You might try Safe Mode. Start the system, start tapping F8, when the menu
appears, select Safe Mode and press enter.
