Can't forward messages in Outlook

Recenlty, we migrated from POP mail to Exchange. One user had two email
profiles setup - hers and her supervsors. She would check his messages,
remove the junk, and forward the appropriate messages as necessary.

Once we removed the POP accounts and re-configured everything to point to
the Exchange server, her account has no probems, but when she logs in with
his profile, she can no longer forward his messages.

I tried this by logging in through OWA and seemed to be able to forward with
no problem. The error on the Outlook client when i try to forward is "you do
not have sufficient permissions to perform this operation on this object.
see the folder contact or your system administrator."

I've gone over all kinds of permissions and delegation but no matter what i
try, it is still a problem. The profile for his account that is set up on
her computer is the only one - he uses a different address on his personal
computer.

Any help would be much appreciated. I must be missing permissions somewhere
but i just can't figure it out.

Thanks!
~April
