Frowarding Contacts

I have an Admin Assistant that was trying to forward a contact from her Boss
to another manager. She has editor permission on his contacts but gets a
message she does not have permission to send to the second manager when
forwarding the contacts from her email. On his email, it is fine. They
are using Outlook 2003 but the two managers are on the Exchange 2000 server
and she is on the Exchange 2003 server. Is the issue the different versions
of Exchange or something related to her permissions on her manager's mailbox?

It's more likely a permission problem. How is she opening his contacts? In
the new message she's created, before she hits send, have her display the
From field (view | from field, if not using word as email editor) and if the
boss' address is there, delete it & try again.
I tend to send contacts as VCF files as I've had better luck with that, but
it probably isn't relevant here.

Thanks, that appears to have corrected the problem. Hopefully once we get
everyone to the 03 serves, this will not be an issue.
