Hi..thanks for letting me ask silly questions here!
One of my users is a delegate to a VIP. She has his mailbox in her Outlook 2003 profile. To create an appt for the VIP, she opens a date in his calendar, invites attendees, opens Actions and unchecks the Request Responses option. She sends the Meeting Request, and receives Read receipts in her own mailbox. This is good.
What is bad is that the VIP gets some Read receipts in his Inbox. These are only from other delegates who have read the Meeting Request, Out of Office notifications and externally redirected e-mail accounts (accounts we have set-up that are forwarded to Internet accounts).
We want to make sure that the VIP doesn't get any Read receipts from the delegate actions. Any suggestions?
Thx!
