Meeting invites not being received

I have a cient who is sending invites to 3 people. 1 of them is his delegate
and she receives fine, the other 2 are not receiving the invites and neither
are their delegates, so it appears not to be reaching their accounts.
E-mails are being sent and received fine, it is just the meeting invites that
are failing.

Any help appreciated thanks

More info - the user sends his invites via calendar, new appointment,
scheduling and knows no other way of doing it. The attendees have no rules
set up and they receive all e-mails fine. Only some meeting invites are lost
- some get through - AAAAGGGHHHH
