can't download images as jpg

Several of the users I support are unable to download
images from Internet Explorer as jpg files when they right
click and Save As - the only option they have is bmp.
Others have both BMP and JPG as options, but I have not
found the setting that makes the difference.

The usual fix is to clear your cache.
IE-Tools-Internet Options-Delete Files (in the TIF section)

That seems to work about 98% of the time but if it doesn't, close IE
and reopen and do it again. Also it has been reported that clear
cookies helps, but ensure you save any that you need.
