Can't delete or move Dc107 -?

I've got a deleted Adobe Illustrator file in my Recycle Bin that won't empty
and cannot be restored. The message says: "Cannot delete (or move) Dc107.
It is being used by another program or person." Anyone know what gives here?
 
I just restarted the computer and then could empty the bin, no problem. Sorry
for the alarm; hope no one will lose sleep over this tonight.
